So, we did it…we had Me Too’s birthday party here, despite the rain. It was great- we had 7 kids plus Miranda and her sister, and their parents. They came over, they played, we ate bagels and lox, muffins and pretzels.

On average, Americans spend about 90 percent of their days indoors. Studies have indicated that indoor pollution levels can often be higher than outdoor levels.

Yes you can! We had this horrible, ugly scratched Pottery Barn ottoman we got years ago which I can’t bear to part with (it may have been the first piece of furniture Jonathan and I bought together) but which, in its current state, cannot be used. Rather than getting rid of it, I decided to cover it with a slipcover.
