Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 30 days of original purchase, Go Baby will gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund.
After 30 days you can request an exchange for your unused, unwashed product up to 60 days after original purchase date. All defective merchandise is returnable at any time.

We gladly will refund ground-shipping fees or pay for shipping to replace the item if the merchandise is defective. If that is not the case, then we will process a refund or exchange according to the parameters outlined above but we won't refund the shipping.

Payment
Go Baby accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure on-line server.
We cannot process personal checks, money orders or C.O.D.’s. Sorry.
Charging Your Credit Card
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise including shipping & handling fees for orders shipped to: PA, NY
Backorders
Sometimes the item you want to purchase is at a high demand and is on backorder. Please be patient and we will do our best to get that item to you in the time frame posted at the time of purchase.
Product Information
All Go Baby products have been tested by real moms to ensure that they live up to the highest standards and to the wear and tear of a busy lifestyle.
That being said, we want to mention a few things about our products to make sure that they are used properly, maximizing their fun and function.
Our Go Baby OutMats and InMats can NOT BE USED IN THE CRIB. They are not baby blankets and should not be used to tuck your little one in at night. Like all products, an adult should be present to ensure the safety of the child.
Please adhere to the washing instructions on the label of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for misuse or damage of the products when washing.
Our Go Baby Muffatees are not to be used as a cold weather protection garment. They will aid in keeping you and your child warm but should not be used alone for protection in cold snowy weather.
Go Baby is not responsible for misuse and/or abuse of any product sold or for the damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials.
We are not responsible for any injuries that could potentially occur from any use or misuse. Buyer assumes all risks, and agrees to these terms at the time of purchase.
